Jacob Teubert

The firm is led by Jake Teubert, a lifelong West Virginian with a passion for service, land stewardship, and helping landowners make confident decisions. Proud to call the Greenbrier Valley home, Jake brings together a unique background in land consulting, land investment, public service, and hands-on landownership.

Jake is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Professional Surveyor in West Virginia. His education includes a degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Charleston School of Business and Leadership, as well as a degree in Surveying and Mapping Science from East Tennessee State University’s School of Engineering.

Before stepping into the business full time, he spent ten years serving his community as a professional paramedic and firefighter. That season of service shaped the way he approaches his work today—with steady communication, practical problem-solving, and a commitment to showing up for people when decisions matter.

His professional experience includes corporate and infrastructure real estate, land investments, 1031 exchanges, right-of-way matters, government permitting, infrastructure and engineering design, environmental considerations, and project management for corporate and consulting real estate projects.

He is a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute, a member of the West Virginia and National Association of REALTORS®, and a member of the REALTORS® Land Institute, where he is actively pursuing the Accredited Land Consultant designation, the gold standard for Land Brokerage in the United States. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Greenbrier Valley Board of REALTORS® and is a graduate of the West Virginia Association of REALTORS® State Leadership Academy.

In addition to his professional work, he has served in municipal leadership as a planning commissioner for his local municipality, where he has advocated for property rights and common-sense development. He is also a member of the International Right of Way Association Chapter 21, The West Virginia Society of Professional Surveyors, and the West Virginia Farm Bureau.

As a farm owner and someone with firsthand experience in land stewardship, he understands that land is more than acreage on a map. It is an investment, a responsibility, a way of life, and often one of the most meaningful assets a family will ever own.

Outside of work, he is married to his wife, Molli, and together they have one daughter, Ronni. His personal and professional life are both rooted in West Virginia, and his mission is to serve landowners with integrity, experience, and a genuine respect for the land, the people, and the legacy it represents
